With a career spanning over four decades, I've been fortunate to work with incredible players, coaches and teams from the youth, collegiate, professional and international levels. With experiences as both a head coach and assistant coach, I have had the opportunity to see the game from different perspectives. These moments provided me the tools to become a well-rounded coach and leader.
As I reflect back on these experiences, I have a great desire to provide the same learning opportunities that I was afforded, to coaches at various points in their own journey. This has led me to my new program, Assist - The Art of Coaching.
Assist offers coaches an opportunity to grow and learn through discussion, self-reflection and exploration. Assist, by definition, is a term that denotes giving support, aid and help. In every profession there is a need to help, aid and support those that wish to grow within their line of work.
I have always believed coaching to be a form of art - organic, spontaneous, creative and experiential. This is why I know that this program can be so valuable for so many. I look forward to having the opportunity to work with you.
